We are a small custom build shop. We do not turn out hundreds per day or even hundreds per month as some of the big guys do. We prefer to work on a one-to-one basis to match your needs with what you want, not what we have ready-made and ready to ship today. For those who prefer to buy off-the-shelf we have several models to choose from. We will have others in the near future. Our goal for now is to build it as you order it and give you only what you need for your work or play. We also have parts for the tinkerer or do-it-yourselfer.

When we receive an order we will begin your build within 2-3 business days. Setup will take 1-2 business days depending on the complexity of your design. Your order will ship usually within one week. In rare cases it could be one or two days longer if parts are not readily available or you may be given the option to select a different part or configuration if selection will greatly delay delivery time.
Once your order is placed and you wish to cancel your order, please notify us the same day and we will gladly credit you for your purchase. Since we do not accept checks or cash we will not refund cash or checks. We will credit you debit or credit card for the amount of purchase for the refused item less the restocking fee if applicable-(See Statement Below).
If more than one business day has passed since your order was placed we must assess a 10% restocking fee. We apologize for this inconvenience but this is only to cover shop time and shipping of any parts which were specifically ordered for your build. This is considerably less than most store's usual 15% restocking fee.

There are no refunds or exchanges for software for any reason.
Due to higher volume purchasing and marketing strategies from our larger competitiors we will no longer carry laptops or notebook computers. It is in our best interest to maintain a less costly inventory of items which our turnover rate is greater. If you would like for Blue Ghost to quote a price for a new laptop configured with only the programs you desire, we would be happy to do it. Send your inquiries to admin@blueghostelectronics.com.
*We try hard to keep up with our inventory, however sometimes a specific item may not be in stock at the time of your order. Blue Ghost will not charge your credit/debit card until ordered item is varified in stock and ready to be shipped.
